The 2012 Audi Q3 will go on sale in Germany later year with three different 4-cylinder engines including one TDI diesel and two TFSI gasoline units. All three engines using direct-injection with turbocharging along with an energy recovery system and a start-stop system. Output for the engines range from 140-hp from the Q3 2.0 TDI to 211-hp for the top-of-the-line Q3 2.0 TFSI. While the diesel will come coupled with a front-wheel-drive system and a 6-speed manual, the two TFSI variants will get quattro all-wheel-drive and a 7-speed S tronic automatic transmission. No plans have been announced to bring the Audi Q3 to the United States.

Power for the Audi quattro concept comes from a turbocharged 5-cylinder engine making 408-hp and 354 lb-ft of torque. Mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, the new quattro concept runs from 0-62 mp in 3.9 seconds. The Audi quattro concept uses the same underpinnings of the Audi RS5 but sits on a wheelbase that measures 5.91 inches shorter. Weight comes in at 2,866.01 lbs, which is roughly 440.92 lbs lighter than the Audi TT RS.

The 2011 Audi A7 Sportback goes on sale in Europe in late 2010 (early 2011 for U.S.) and will be offered with a choice of choice of two gasoline and two turbo diesel V6 engines, all featuring direct injection, an energy recuperation system and stop/start technology. The gasoline like consists of a 204-hp 2.8 FSI and a 300-hp 3.0 TFSI, while the diesel lineup consists of a 204-hp 3.0 TDI and a 245-hp 3.0L V6 TDI.
