The Insight EX starts at $21,300 and gives you premium features like alloy wheels; cruise control; steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters; an upgraded audio system with six speakers; USB audio interface3; a center console with armrest and storage compartment; and heated side mirrors with integrated turn signals. The Insight EX with Navi will start at $23,100.</p>
